Dear Ulta.com:
If you're going to send me a $15 gift card to make up for messing up a prior order, perhaps that gift card should actually work on a subsequent order. Epic (mini)fail.

omg i am just about to email ulta about my order and then i read these complaints that other people are unhappy too. oh great, i hate this. well, here i go.
