Serious customer service problems at Premium Media Design.

Tried to order some software.  My tale begins thus:
  1. Clicked on website.
  2. Put software in cart.
  3. Chose PayPal option.
  4. Logged on to PayPal.
  5. Paid for software.
  6. Returned to site to find nothing in my cart.
  7. Repeated steps 2-6.
  8. Nada.
  9. Wrote to Customer Service.
  10. Nada.
  11. Called the phone number, which referred me to Live Chat.
  12. Clicked on Live Chat.
  13. Nada.
  14. Wrote this blog post.
  15. Am sending a link of this blog post to Premium Media Design.
The best part?  I've figured out what the company means by "we will give you the best service POSSIBLE."

It's not possible.

I bought and paid for a Microsoft product. They sent me an E-mail with a product code and a site to where I was to download the software. I downloaded the software but Microsoft said it was an invalid Key code and would not allow the software to be validated.
I have tried for a week to contact this company by phone, website and E-mail with no result. I am going to call Ebay and recommend that they remove them from doing business on the Ebay website.

They take payment, they just don't deliver the download. They're a scam.

Almost my exact story.
Needed immediate download. Placed order for immediate download, paid for immediate download. Received email thanking me for my order and saying I would receive an email when my item shipped. ?shipped?
Tried live help. Sat waiting for a rep for almost an hour before it said no one was available to help. Tried calling. It says we value customer service but no one can help. It says if you need immediate assistance email support. Which I did and it came back as undeliverable.
I have reported them to PayPal as even my email protection said it was a poss fraudulent email address.
Have requested a refund via PayPal.
I had to go buy the program from the store at a higher price but it was worth it since at least I had what I needed!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
I had the same problem as the rest of you. I did get an e-mail with a product key for Microsoft Office 2010 Professional, but it was a USED product key! Therefore, I cannot register the product. I am now out of $100.00 from Ace Technologies, listed as Premium Media Design that is unrecoverable though Pay Pal as it is an electronic download. Will be reporting this company to the Attorney General of KS.

I ordered Office 2010 Professional from this company for my daughter-in-law for school. She received a product and put it on her computer. When she called Microsoft for the authorization of the product key card, she was told that it was fraudulent software and she should return it and receive a refund. I could get no response from the company. She did return it and PayPal gave me a credit. Today I received a message from my credit card company about a suspicious charge from a computer software company of $80.73. This is a fraudulent charge. I do not know if it came from this company or not but I don't know where else it would have come from. This company operates under two names. Premium Media Design and Premium United Design.
