Intriguing development in Yucca Mountain.
See here. Can't wait to see the responses. But then again, I'm a Yucca Mountain supporter.
Its sad that the folks who swear an oath to support and defend the laws of this land so freely disregard thos laws. The Nuclear Waste Policy Act has been law since 1978, and Yucca the designated site since 94..this should not even be open to a discussion .... except before the NRC in the site licensing case. If you don't like the law...CHANGE THE LAW... otherwise follow the law.
